This 1,260 sq. ft. cottage is nestled in a lush grove of tall pines on a gorgeous one acre property. Its location, within the ‘restricted zone’ of the historic summer resort community of Victoria Beach, offers a private atmosphere while remaining close to the social life!

Being a "Restricted Zone" ensures cars are not permitted during the summer months of July & August.  Vehicle access to the community is restricted to bicycle or taxicab, creating a clean, safe environment for kids and families to enjoy a simpler, more relaxed holiday… how life could be!  The community is situated on the south-eastern shores of Lake Winnipeg, approx. 100 kilometers north of Winnipeg, near Grand Beach & Belair Parks

The cottage has all the modern conveniences, including: leather furnishings, washer, dryer, fridge, stove & dishwasher, beach bikes, etc. It's only a 5 min. walk to the closest beach, a 5 minute bike ride to one very famous bakery, and a 6 min. bike ride to Clubhouse Beach!
Sliding doors open onto a large deck. The Cottage sleeps 8 comfortably (4 adults / 4 kids). The master bedroom houses a king-sized bed & ensuite; the second bedroom a queen-sized bed; the third, two pairs of bunks for the kids!
